Your Story May Just Help Someone...


Perchance you want to share your story on how you overcame anxiety or depression but don't know where to begin? Or you simply wish to express your struggles and let it all out? This is a good place to start :)

Some people may not feel comfortable talking to their friends, coworkers or family about their day-to-day struggles. The fear of being misinterpreted or rejected will keep them from speaking out and obtaining the help and support they need. This is a major problem in recovery.

We're offering a place where you can choose to remain anonymous and share your fears, experiences or success' with people who lived similar experiences. Expressing yourself or learning from one another can lift off emotional weight and help support you toward recovery. So, leave the hard work to us and tell us your story!*, because we want to hear from you.
